Hi all,

 

  • I just installed 3 unit RPG310 and clariti at Head Office.
  • 1 RPG310 installed also in HO, 2 others at branchs (different city). RPG310 at branchs connected to clariti through internet.

 

  • RPG310 in HO using DMA as gatekeeper and working well. Can call to VMR using H.323 extension.

 

  • RPG310 at branchs configure with specify gatekeeper to RPAD IP (WAN/PUBLIC IP). Gatekeeper status is UP, Registration Status is registered. But RPG310 can't call to VMR using H.323 extension neither using WAN_IP##extension_number. if gatekeeper set to off. RPG310 can call to VMR using WAN_IP##extension_number.
