331 always showing Enter URL, but we need to enter number.

Hello All,

We recently purchased 5 new Sound point IP 331 running on SIP:4.0.1.13681 with Asterisk server. For making call the phone showing Enter URL, but we are entering number. How do I change that feature to get the phone asking for number instead of url. The line icon showing that the phone is registered with the server. I noticed that if I make any change in configuration like "reg.1.label" after saving the settings the phone will show "Enter number". So I am thinking it is something related to phone registration. Can anybody help us to resolve this.

Thanks Baier.

I added feature.urlDialing.enabled="0" in site.cfg file and rebooted the phone. It's resoved the issue, now the phone showing Enter number.
