Hello Polycom,

I would like some assistance with setting up a digitmap to include a rule where someone can dial an extension and have the call go straight to voicemail. Right now when I dial *, it would just to busy signal.

For example on a Xlite:

Dialing *101 will go to a users voicemail immediately without issues.

Current digitmap:

[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[1-8]xxT|1[1-9]xxxxxxxxxT

Do you know what needs to be added on the digitmap to get straight to voicemail.

Thanks,

Intermedia
