I'm unable to locate this information and I'm hoping someone can assist with this. I'd like to prevent the pop up of incoming call center information. How can I disable this feature?

The document below has an image of what I'm referring to on page 10 (figure 12).

To be specific this is on Soundpoint IP 300*, 400*, and 500* model phones. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello CCTech,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

You may want to set:

feature.callCenterStatus.enabled="0"

If above does not prevent the message from popping up or shows any other side effects please raise this via your Polycom reseller.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, it did not remove the pop-up.

Hello CCTech,

Funnily enough another user just raised the same topic => here <=

I would assume the usage of this is via a URL in the SIP INVITE but have not tested this or verified this myself.

The community's VoIP => FAQ <= contains this post here:

  • Feb 04, 2013 Question: What is the new Feature SIP Web Content?

    Answer: Above allows you to enable to access an URL within a SIP Message and more information can be found => here <=

I have not tested this myself and as explained prior would need to get this as a support ticket in order to replicate the setup. In addition have you contacted Broadsoft on this yet?

Yea, that's interesting. We did speak with our BW support vendor, but they have not provided a solution as of yet. Thank you for taking the time to provide suggestions.
