  I installed the SDK on my machine and I can run the simulator. but  when I try to reboot the simulator to get configuration from http server. The simulator was stuck in “reboot initiated” state.

But the guide told us we can configure the simulator with “Centralize provisioning”. It looks something wrong in this simulator. I have tested it on two windows 7 machines and the Results were the same.
