Hi all,

I have no problems adding a softkey for blind transfer but when I disable the basic functions with oftkey.feature.basicCallManagement.redundant="0"

and make the hard key do blind transfer too as below

<keys key.scrolling.timeout="1"

key.IP_550.37.function.prim = "SoftKey2"
key.IP_650.37.function.prim = "SoftKey2"
/>

The disabled basic function softkeys hold, transfer,conference appear automatically again although I have explicitly disabled them as above, can anyone help please?

Hello ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Can I suggest that future posts contain the phones software version?

Quote from the UCS 3.3.0 Admin Guide:

softkey.feature.basicCallManagement.redundant

If set to 0 and the phone has hard keys mapped for Hold, Transfer, and Conference functions (all must be mapped), all of these soft keys are not displayed. If set to 1, all of these soft keys are displayed.

If you remove the Softkeys the hard keys must be left alone.
