Correct inbound caller ID vvx400

Hello, I am the IT manager for this company and i keep getting the wrong name from inbound calls. Is there a way to edit the "From: {insert name here}" when we receive an inbound?

Hello Lenart,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

This fully depends on what the far end sends us and if you have ever stored the inbound number in your personal directory.
