[Polycom 411] customization of feature key for forwarding specific extension

Hello,

my customer wants to use feature key for forwarding specific extension, can I customize feature key for forwarding specific extension which they want. it means they press this forward feature key and will forward their call to the extension immediately, they no need to press forward> select line> select always> enter contact> press enable

polycom phone information showed below:
