Hello.
I got problem with Trio 8800 after upgrading to version 5.7.2 or 5.8.0 .The phone shows that there is newer version of software -5.5.2 and it makes self downgrade over the night. I tried to upgrade software via USB and HTTP interface. Either of this solutions failed in the end.

Yes I saw that. You use your Trio with SfB in O365 enviroment, right? MSFT has integrated v.5.5.2 in O365 and Trio wants to download that version, although you installed newest one. Please refer to the FAQ and it will solve your problem.
Yes I use SfB. After uploading lyncDeviceUpdateEnabledOFF.cfg still got same problem. It reverts back to 5.5.2.

UC Software 4.0.0 or later via the Web Interface Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup. Please rename into .TXT or Zip the file to attach.
Since UC Software 5.9.0 simply provide this via the Web Interface Diagnostics > Download Support Information Package
Whilst providing some of these details may not directly impact any possible answer the community can provide, it does enable Polycom to have an overview of the current software used. In addition providing all details at the same time allow us to check logs or look up a potential support partners if an issue needs to come into support. It also enables us to verify the entitlement for using features.
