Is there a way from either the phone or the Trio 8800 web interface to hide the Sign Out and Settings softkeys, or at least arrange the keys so these are on the second page?

Hello Luke,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
This reply is not really related to the original posters hiding of the sign out key.
Your question is more about the experimental feature of multiple registrations on a Trio.
You can utilize the digitmap as explained => here <=
Any other icons that cannot be removed require a feature request as explained :
Jan 03, 2013 Question: How can I request a change to the current Polycom SIP / UC Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
