Hello, I have a problem with my HDX-6000. When I connect directly my notebook to the HDX with VGA/DVI wire, I cannot transmit the sound to the speaker of the screen. I have read in notice of HDX, there is a wire VGA/DVI with jack 3.5. (You can see the attached file below). Where I can buy this wire or Polycom Support have any idea to this subject ?

The sound, coming from your notebook, is only hearable while sending content.

I have heard your answer, but you don't reply from my question. When I play a video from my netbook to HDX, I can't hear the sound it's why, i would like to know where i can buy this wire on schema?

Please ask your Polycom reseller for cable P/N 2457-28665-001. Or you can use a separate cable with 3.5 mm jacks on both ends for transmiting audio.
