Don't know how to make extensions appear on color expansion module

Hello,

I'm using a VVX 411 phone with a color expansion module:

Part Number 3111-48450-001 Rev:A

MAC Address 64:16:7F:2D:40:61

UC Software Version 5.5.2.8571

Updater Version 5.7.2.21547

The PBX is a Yeastar S100.

I would like to have on the phone screen just the extension number and all other (84) blf extensions to show up on the color expansion module.

I only have 5 minutes programming experience with Polycom phones. (insert crying emoticon here :)

Attached I'm showing how my FTP Server root directory looks like.

Also, the reg-advanced.cfg and Features.cfg files.

I also know the expansion module works because adding 12 blf lines in the Line Key Configuration via the web configuration will show the 13th blf up on top left of the module.

Any, extremely detailed help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Don't know how to make extensions appear on color expansion module

Thanks Steffen. I tried to follow the post but still same issue.

Is my FTP Server root directory correct?

Attached is the new reg-advanced.cfg I'm using, is it right?

Thanks.

Re: Don't know how to make extensions appear on color expansion module

Should the LineKey.Index be 0 or blank for the Unassigned category?

Re: Don't know how to make extensions appear on color expansion module

The file is .pbu

To upload it, should I add a .doc to the file name?

Hello @JimmyJam,

Could I ask you to kindly check the backup prior to uploading it here as it doesn't contain the relevant configuration.

I suggest you check these FAQ's:

Re: Don't know how to make extensions appear on color expansion module

My expansion module is populating with a little issue:

Only 7 (blf) extensions are populated.

Line Key Configuration (web interface) shows 19 blf lines.
