Well,i am using my Trio paired with my mobile's bluetooth and i can make/receive calls.
Also i have paired the device with the collaboration kit,for presentation and video calls.
So,while i am in a local presentation (either USB or using pano app) and everything works fine,i try to make an external call from my mobile(using trio's bluetooth) and when this happens the presentation stops.
Can these two features work simultaneously?
Trio is running 5.7.x version

This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
As a reminder the basic information asked for:
UC Software 4.0.0 or later via the Web Interface Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup
Whilst providing some of these details may not directly impact any possible answer the community can provide, it does enable Polycom to have an overview of the current software used. In addition other details allow us to check logs or look up a potential support partners if an issue needs to come into support. It also enables us to verify the entitlement for using features.
A quick test with my own Trio running 5.7.2 Rev AB linked with a GroupSeries aka VisualPro sharing via the USB cable using People & Content and making a phone call using an Bluetooth paired iPhone does not stop the sharing.
In my brief test my Trio was registered also to Skype for Business

Have you tried placing the call and then re-sharing your content? I suspect it will work.

it does not work when using bluetooth,it works only when i call from Trio's second line which is registered to my IP-PBX

again it is really important to provide the minimum required information when posting the first time as adding details to the story does not make it easier to troubleshoot.
As you have not provided the minimum detail and as this is going into support territory please open a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Polycom devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
If the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
