Evening,

I have a pair of Bose Hearphones that cannot be discovered when connecting to a VVX600 phone. They are able to be discovered by my iPhone 8, which is currently running iOS 11.1.1. However, I am able to connect a Plantronics Voyager Legend without issue to the VVX.

I did find and read the forum post about another customer who was using a VVX601 with a pair of Bose QC35's, which required a firmware update to the phone for them to be able to be recognized. Is this something that would be similar to this phone? My VVX600 is currently operating at firmware version 7.4.2.4243.

The Bose Hearphones utilize Bluetooth protocols, Bluetooth 4.2, A2DP, HFP/HSP, AVRCP and BLE. According to the owners guide for the VVX600 only requires HFP/HSP. Is there a possible solution here?

Thanks.

Hello

You did not post any recognizabe software version. The FAQ contains a post how to check this and once you upgrade to a currently supported software as already mentioned in the original other post they will work.

I apologize, I was looking in an incorrect location. The firmware version that is currently on my VVX 600 is 4.1.6.5112.

Is there an update available?

Thanks,

Micaela
