second user removal on Polycom VVX400



I have a Polycom VVX400, UC software version  We are trying to remove a second user that is listed below the main user name, see attached image.


The second user had access to the main users calendar, however the user no longer works for the company the users account was removed, howoever it hasn't removed from the Polycom unit.  I have checked all areas, but cannot find a place where I can remove the second user.


Your help is much appreciated.

Isn't this a simple Speed Dial ?

Sorry for the late reply, unfortunately it's not a speed dial.  I had a look at the directory favorites as per the link you have provided and the user is not listed anywhere.  Is there anywhere else I should be looking at?
