At present only the Logitech C930 camera is supported.

Hi Steffen,
I am understanding this subject will resolved with new software version. Now, only the Logitech C930 camera is supported. Is it correct?

Hello Steffen,
what's the status now regarding the Eagle Eye Camera together with the RealPresence 8800?
Or maybe the better question:
Is a "1080p30 12x zoom MPTZ camera" already available for the RealPresence 8800 which was announced for Q4?
http://www.polycom.com/voice-conferencing-solutions/conference-phones/trio.html
If not, when will it be available as Q4 is not so long anymore? :-)
Best regards and thanks for your efforts
Hello @ab-tools,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The answer is still the same.
We will announce this once it is available. Q4 is not over yet.

Hi again,
I upgraded Trio 8800 to 5.5.3.3441 version but the EE MSR camera still doesn't work with it. I tried connecting via Trio's USB port and through Visual+ as well, no joy. Any thoughts?
Hello @good_vibez,
Have you upgraded the EE MSR to the relevant software aka 1.1.420 ?
