Another Voicemail to a line function key to VVX600/400

Hi ,

I'm new to polycom community.

Im trying to configure a second "Messages" Function key to a polycom.


Is it possible to add a second "Voicemail Icon" to the main screen on VVX600 who ll notify another Voicemail on the IPBX. 

And, on a VVX 400 is it possible to have a "Line function key" who had voicemail number notification ?



This is the first voicemail who works atm:



I was trying to use "key.VVX400.32.function.prim="Messages"

but i'm stuck now to what i have to do.


I'm using polycom with an Asterisk.

Hello Romain,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

To answer your original question no it is not possible to show a second mailbox icon. You should be able to add a Message Center (not one button press) and then select the Voice Mail you require.
