I am trying to make IP7000 working with Zultys MX 250. Before purchase I confirmed with Zultys and Polycom they will work together.

So I found IP7000 in "Device Profiles" section and I left default settings but it is still not working. It gets IP, I can hear signal but can't bind to this phone and can't make calls from it.

Any ideas what must be done?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

I can only recommend to check with Zultys as they would do the interoperability testing and look after ythe provisioning part of the configuration and/or software for the SoundStation.
